Inspiration Memo.

I think in another life I would have been a photographer, and I would have loved to have taken some pictures like these.  Oh what the heck, maybe I’ll train my dogs to sit still in front of the fireplace and try to get a perfect shot! Yeah right…

Maybe, when Husband & I go to Paris this fall, I will have him hold an umbrella and force him to do a split in the air in front of the Eiffel Tower! That would be a sight to see…

But more than anything, I hope that when Dietrich Babies come along I am able to capture precious moments of full on meltdowns like the one pictured below…

Elliott Erwitt is obviously not a up-and-coming photographer.  He has been around for quite some time now, but his images definitely maintain a flare that will be around for years, decades, centuries… I am always admiring these beautiful captures, each one telling a different story…. I also love how he incorporates so many dogs into his work.  Maybe (just maybe) it’s because I’m a dog person.  Just a thought… :)

Have a great weekend!
