Well, obviously, I still need some window treatments and a few more accessories, BUT all the major things are complete!  Yeeeee!!!

I have already taken six baths in my claw foot tub from Waterworks.  I’m obsessed with my sink which is custom.  Marble top is the Renaissance Console from Stone Forest with Palmer sink legs.  I used Carrara marble tiles (12×12 cut down to 12×3) on the floor in a herringbone pattern.  The tile company I used was Akdo Carrara Bella (honed).  And basic 3×6 white subway tiles on all walls.  All water fixtures are Rohl Perrin & Rowe. I really like the exposed piping & valves.  The custom shelving was done by a local carpenter.  I think that’s about it!  If you are curious about anything else just leave me a comment. :)

And just for giggles, here are the before pics:

To be honest, the guest bathroom wasn’t horrifyingly bad to begin with.  I mean, the bathtub & tile were original (gross)… and there was no shower… but besides those small details, most fixtures such as the sink & toilet had been updated at some point before we moved in.  We just gave it a little boost in appearance and made it completely functional!  I’m very happy with the way it turned out!

Master bath demo starts in two weeks!

P.S. a BIG “THANK YOU” goes out to one of my dear friends, Lea, who helped me pick out pretty much everything in both of my bathrooms.  If anyone is looking to update their bathrooms I highly recommend going to her- she is the best!
